Bike Park
Located in Rose Valley Community Park, 1095 Thornton Rd N., the bike park has multiple track options to ride bikes.
- A dirt track style B.M.X. course with beginner, intermediate and advanced lines. Appropriate skill level is required.
- Trick track course that features wooden structures with beginner, intermediate and advanced lines. Appropriate skill level is required.
- Mountain bike track trail.
These tracks will open annually the second Monday in May when weather and track conditions permit and close the second Friday of October.
- An asphalt pump track with beginner, intermediate and advanced lines. Appropriate skill level is required.
This track will open the third Monday in April and close the last Friday in October.
Parking
Parking in available at the park, with additional parking available off site at the Durham Catholic District School Board office, 650 Rossland Road W on Fridays 5 - 9 p.m. and Saturdays/Sundays 8 a.m. - 9 p.m.

The City of Oshawa is not responsible for and accepts no liability for any damage, loss, injury or death claimed or suffered by any person related to the access and use of this facility, however caused. This bike park is not supervised.
This bike park is regularly inspected by the City. If you have concerns, see any problems or damage, please call Service Oshawa: 905-436-3311.
- Users under age 13 must have a parent or guardian present.
- Inspect the track before use for damage, garbage, or debris and to ensure that no dangerous conditions exist.
- No modifications to the track or riding features are permitted.
- Unauthorized riding features will be removed.
- Keep off the track when conditions are wet, slippery, or icy.
- Ensure your bike is in good working order and has a functional brake.
- All riders must wear helmets.
- Pads are highly recommended.
- Wait your turn and be respectful and courteous to other park users.
- Stay in control at all times.
- Only ride the track in the direction shown on the track maps and do not stop on the track.
- No playing on the track.
- Motorized bicycles or vehicles of any kind are prohibited. This includes electric or gas-powered vehicles.
- No remote controlled vehicles in the Bike Park.
Please note serious injuries can occur even with precautions.
