Oshawa City Hall: In person counters are now open to the public Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Community members can continue to do business with the City online or over the phone. Residents can submit many common requests and report issues through Service Oshawa online. Additional online applications and payment options are available through our online services.
Service Oshawa: Customer Service Representatives will continue to be available to customers by telephone, live chat, and email during regular operating hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday - 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.

Visitors can choose whether they want to wear a mask indoors in City facilities. Please respect everyone’s personal choice; any harassment or abuse toward a staff member or visitor will not be tolerated.
Visitors are still required to adhere to posted signage and self-screen prior to entering City facilities. Health and safety protocols remain in place, including enhanced cleaning and disinfecting and physical barriers like plexiglass dividers.
