Downtown Oshawa is thriving with a vibrant mix of business, culture and education. The City of Oshawa works to ensure there are ample short term and long term parking spaces available for shoppers, visitors, students and those working downtown.

Pay by Phone Option

The City of Oshawa is happy to provide a convenient option for paying for your parking downtown. HonkMobile can be used for all on-street and surface lot parking payments. Motorists will receive alerts and reminders 15 minutes before the expiration of a paid parking session, and be provided with the opportunity to pay for additional meter time remotely, if within the time limit for the parking space.

Download the app from Apple or Google Play stores today.
