Pay by Phone Option
The City of Oshawa is happy to provide a new convenient option for paying for your parking downtown. HonkMobile can now be used for all on-street and surface lot parking payments. Motorists will receive alerts and reminders 15 minutes prior to expiration of a paid parking session, and be provided with the opportunity to pay for additional meter time remotely, if within the time limit for the parking space. Payment can be made monthly at Service Oshawa counter or automatically through electronic funds transfer or credit card payment. Deposit is required for hanger permit or gate access transponder. Call Service Oshawa to confirm availability. |

During large events in the downtown, event parking is available for a flat rate of $5.00 at the Parkade 3 (on Mary Street between King and Bond Streets) and in Lot 16 (on Athol between Celina and Albert Streets). On weekdays, the fee applies to those entering the facility after 6:00 p.m. On weekends, the fee is in effect starting 2 hours prior to start of event. |

Tokens can be used in all parking meters, surface lots and in parkades. They have a value of 30 minutes each and can be purchased at Service Oshawa
