The Community Legend Award honours individuals and organizations whose everyday actions make a positive impact on Oshawa.

Oshawa City Council is proud to recognize Lisa Weiss as this year’s Community Legend Award Recipient for over 55 years of volunteer work. Lisa has contributed her time and efforts towards building culture in the City of Oshawa through volunteering, advocacy, fundraising, networking, and bringing people together to support the development of Oshawa’s arts, heritage, and music.
