Service Disruption: Leisure skating cancelled at Delpark Homes Centre - April 1 and 2

All leisure skates scheduled at theDelpark Homes Centre on Saturday, April 1 and Sunday, April 2 will be cancelled for a tournament. Leisure skates will resume on Monday, April 3 with regular hours of operation.

Service Disruption: Outdoor ice rinks closed until further notice

Due to the unsafe ice conditions caused by mild weather, the natural outdoor ice rinks at the Delpark Homes Centre and South Oshawa Community Centre will be closed until further notice.

The City of Oshawa is calling on you to help shape the future of Oshawa’s parks, recreation, library and culture facilities.
The Parks, Recreation, Library and Culture Facility Needs Assessment (P.R.L.C.) guides investment in indoor and outdoor facilities in both established and new growth areas for all Oshawa residents. The city has experienced tremendous growth since the last P.R.L.C. in 2015, and as a result, Oshawa community members are invited to help inform this update.
Notice of Construction: Gold Point Wildlife Reserve

The City of Oshawa is undertaking construction at Gold Point Wildlife Reserve including accessible pathways, interpretive nodes, a formal butterfly garden and restoration plantings.
Where: 1221 Phillip Murray Avenue.
When: 7:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., Monday to Friday, October 2022 to summer of 2023.
For public safety, the work site will be closed and fenced during construction.
From time to time, heavy equipment will need to access the site from Stevenson Road South, and associated noise levels...
Kingside Park reopens with new amenities

The City of Oshawa is excited to announce the reopening and revitalization of Kingside Park, located at 537 Tennyson Ave.
Kingside Park is a 2.87 hectare neighbourhood park located near Wilson Road South and Dean Avenue in Ward 5.
