As the COVID-19 situation continues to evolve, the Region of Durham remains focused on the health and safety of residents. Residents are advised of the following service changes:
- All water and sewer bill late payment charges, collection notifications and water shut offs for non-payment have been suspended. The Region will also offer enhanced payment flexibility for customers unable to pay their water and sewer bill on time.
