Construction value issued in Oshawa remained strong last month, with the City of Oshawa setting two building records in June 2021:

• Highest number of permits issued in June on record with 318 (surpassing record of 310 set in 1976).
• Highest number of Accessory Apartments issued in June on record with 19 (surpassing 9 set in 2020).
