South Oshawa Community Centre Pool Reconstruction Project

The City of Oshawa continues to extend its sincere thanks to residents and facility users for their continued patience and understanding as work progresses on the South Oshawa Community Centre Pool reconstruction project.
Project Status:
Exterior excavation work continues, which supports the necessary upgrades to the foundation drainage system. Temporary sidewalk closures remain in effect to protect public safety while this work is carried out.

Delpark Pool and Fitness Centre- Maintenance Closure

Please note the following scheduled closures at Delpark Homes Centre for annual maintenance:
- Fitness Centre Closure: The fitness centre will be closed on Thursday, September 4 and Friday, September 5, 2025. It will re-open on Saturday, September 6, 2025.
- Pool Closure: The pool will be closed from Sunday, September 14 through Friday, September 26, 2025. It will re-open to the public on Saturday, September 27, 2025.
Civic Recreation Complex Washroom Repairs

The main floor washrooms at the Civic Recreation Complex are closed for construction and repair until further notice. Community members are asked to use alternative washrooms at the Civic Fieldhouse while construction is ongoing.
