Visitors can choose whether they want to wear a mask indoors in City facilities. Please respect everyone’s personal choice; any harassment or abuse toward a staff member or visitor will not be tolerated.
Visitors are still required to adhere to posted signage and self-screen prior to entering City facilities. Health and safety protocols remain in place, including enhanced cleaning and disinfecting and physical barriers like plexiglass dividers.
Service Oshawa: Our in person counters are now open to the public Monday to Friday - 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
Customer Service Representatives will continue to be available to customers by telephone, live chat, and email during regular operating hours: Monday to Friday - 8:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. and Saturday - 9:00 a.m. to 1:00 p.m.
