Labour Day holiday hours

Recreation Facilities

The City’s recreation facilities will be running modified hours on Monday, September 1.

• Camp Samac Outdoor Pool is open for Public Swim from 1 p.m. to 3 p.m., 3:30 p.m. to 5:30 p.m., and 6 p.m. to 7:30 p.m.
• Delpark Homes Centre is open from 11 a.m. to 5 p.m.
• Lakeview Park Beach is open from 11:30 a.m. to 6:30 p.m. 
• All other recreation facilities will be closed.

Service Oshawa & City Hall

Service Oshawa will be closed on Monday, September 1. For your convenience, Customer Service Representatives will be on hand at Service Oshawa on Saturday, August 30, from 9 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Waste Services

There will be no waste collection service on Monday, September 1.

For the remainder of the week, waste collection will occur one day later than the regular collection service. To avoid being missed, place waste at the curb no later than 7 a.m. on the day of collection.
