Volunteers wanted for fall Community Clean-up
The City of Oshawa, in partnership with Friends of the Second Marsh, invites community members, local organizations, and businesses to take part in an upcoming community cleanup event at the Oshawa Second Marsh and McLaughlin Bay Wildlife Reserve. The event will take place on Saturday, September 7, starting at 9 a.m.
To join the cleanup, please pre-register at Oshawa.ca/MayorsCleanup or can learn more by visiting Oshawa.ca/CommunityCleanup. Participants will receive disposable gloves and garbage bags and are asked to gather at the Second Marsh, located at 1908 Colonel Sam Drive, by 9 a.m. Your support in helping to keep our natural spaces clean and vibrant is greatly appreciated!
