City of Oshawa appoints Tracy Adams as CAO
The Corporation of the City of Oshawa is pleased to announce the appointment of
Ms. Tracy Adams as the new Chief Administrative Officer, effective today,
September 27, 2022. The decision was passed during the City Council meeting on September 26, 2022.
Ms. Tracy Adams has been with the City since 2005 in various leadership roles, including Director, Corporate Communications and most recently as the Commissioner of the Corporate Services Department for more than four years.
Ms. Adams holds a Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and a Masters of Business Administration degree as well as an Accredited Business Communicator designation from the International Association of Business Communicators (IABC).
In her various roles with the City over the past 17 years, Ms. Adams brings extensive strategic leadership experience and City knowledge to her new position as CAO.
