Have Your Say: land use and transportation study centered around future Oshawa GO Station
Planning for land uses and transportation around the future Central Oshawa GO Station is moving forward! The City of Oshawa invites community members to provide their feedback on a land use and transportation study for the area surrounding the planned station.
A Master Land Use Plan and Area-specific Transportation Master Plan for the Central Oshawa Major Transit Station Area (M.T.S.A.) is underway. The M.T.S.A. is centered by the future Central Oshawa GO Station site located at 500 Howard Street, northeast of Simcoe Street South and First Avenue.

- Complete a feedback form on Connect Oshawa (ConnectOshawa.ca/MTSAStudy) or on paper at Service Oshawa, located at City Hall (50 Centre St. S.)
- Share your thoughts on future opportunities for the area on an online map on Connect Oshawa
- Submit your questions on Connect Oshawa (ConnectOshawa.ca/MTSAStudy)
- Attend the Public Information Centre on Thursday, February 2, 2023 from 6:00 p.m. to 8:45 p.m.
- In-person at Oshawa City Hall, C Wing Committee Room (50 Centre St. S., enter from the main south entrance)
- Virtually, via the webstreaming link or call-in number to be posted on Connect Oshawa by Monday, January 30.
- The presentation and display boards are available to view on Connect Oshawa.
Feedback will be received until noon on Thursday, February 16, 2023 and will be considered in a future staff report to be presented to the Economic and Development Services Committee.
