A Planning Act public meeting will be held to consider City-initiated amendments to the Oshawa Official Plan (the “O.O.P.”) and Zoning By-law 60-94 (the “Zoning By-law”) concerning the Bloor-Simcoe Intensification Study associated with Interim Control By-law 133-2023 (File: 12-03-3568).

Mary St. road closure from Rossland Rd. E. to Robert St.

The Regional Municipality of Durham will begin construction for the replacement of the watermain, sanitary sewer and services on Mary Street from Rossland Road East to 150 metres north of Robert Street in the City of Oshawa. Works will include restoration of all disturbed areas and full asphalt removal and replacement.
Construction schedule
